RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

At Turbo Scents, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If however you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased from our store - please find more information below.

The items returned will be inspected, they must be in the exact same condition and packaging as received. If this is not the case and the item(s) condition is not the same or has been used, you will be ineligible for a refund and the order will be returned back to the sender.

Be aware in the case of a refund, this will be the original cost of the item, no postage costs will be refunded. If you are returning an order, we can not cover return postage costs - but we do advise all returns are sent via tracked delivery, as we are not responsible for the loss of an order during the return transit. Orders that originally were subject to free shipping will have our postage costs removed from the total order price.
